The Public Hearing for the proposed Business Improvement District in Downtown Troy has been rescheduled for April 30th at 7:00pm in the City Council Chamber of Troy's City Hall.

Official notice of the hearing has been mailed to property owners and tenants within the proposed District, and an official opposition form has been mailed to all commercial property owners. If a commercial property owner mailed an official objection form in the past, they must mail the new form they receive, in order for their vote against the BID to count.
