By working together to create a shared vision - a 'Plan of Action' for Downtown Troy! The Plan will help galvanize the Downtown community, generate sustained excitement and challenge citizens to get involved.

Join the Troy Downtown Collaborative as we welcome Bob Bristol from Saratoga Associates, to walk us through the process Saratoga Springs went through in the early 1970's in creating the Saratoga Plan of Action. The Plan, and subsequent community driven movement, created and successfully executed short and long term goals for Downtown Saratoga, revitalizing the City.
